Refund policy

At LeRongé, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from our online store. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy guidelines below to understand how returns are handled:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Personalized or customized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through info@leronge.com
- Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and affix the RMA number on the package.

3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking services to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking information for reference purposes.

4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Exceptions:
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Custom orders are non-refundable. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production.
Any item that is engraved is non-refundable.
Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.  
Ring sizes are not refundable if greater than size 10, or less than size 7.
All 18K Gold products are made to order and are non-refundable. 
Chains under 18 inches and over 24 inches non-refundable.
Bracelets under 7 inches and over 8 inches non-refundable.
If Original Gold Color is Altered in any way/shape/form your order is non-refundable.
